Beautiful Photographs From Inside An Icelandic Glacier Cave (20 Pics)

This glacier cave in Iceland is full of light. Photographer Nicolas Brousse, who took these incredible pictures, says, “Truly what is most amazing is the color and the smooth shape of the ice. In my pictures, I didn’t touch the saturation cursor at all. The blue color is there and is amazing.”
Brousse explored two caves beneath Breiðamerkurjökull – a glacial branch-off from Vatnajökull, Europe’s biggest ice cap. “It is the same glacier tongue which produces the famous iceberg of Jökulsárlón and the pieces of ice on the black sand beach,” the lensman explains. “[It’s] quite a good area for photographers.” Looking at these images, this seems something of an understatement.
