36 Photos Of China’s Bizarre Theme Park Full Of World Landmarks

Window of the World is a theme park located in the city of Shenzhen in China. Created in 1994, it has about 130 replicas of some of the world’s most famous tourist destinations squeezed into 48 hectares. Some reproductions are done to scale, in life-size or smaller representations.

Visitors can look forward to seeing a 108 meter (354 ft) tall Eiffel Tower, which is one third the size of the original. Natural landmarks like the Grand Canyon (where visitors can ride down the Colorado River) and Niagara Falls have also been recreated. The Manhattan skyline (which still features the twin towers) can be seen with Brazil's giant statue of Christ looming in the distance.
